1. Your name and address

2. The name and ISBN of the book(s)

3. Quantity desired

4. Method of payment

5. If paying by credit card, please include: the cardholder's name, the type of credit card (ie: MasterCard or Visa); the number on the credit card; the expiration date

Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping charges are from Fitchburg, MA 01420.  Shipping Charges are based on the quantity of books ordered and shipping method.  Book orders ship via UPS Ground or comparable unless the customer wants to provide for an alternate shipper.  Focus will accept UPS or Fed Ex Collect numbers at time of order.  Books are F.O.B. Fitchburg Massachusetts.

Orders from individuals require prepayment (check, money order, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) for books plus shipping and handling.  Orders placed by mail or email must include title, author, quantity of books ordered, and book number (ISBN). Massachusetts residents add 5% sales tax.  Individuals who order two books or less should calculate shipping and handling at $6.00.

Retailers of Textbooks

Retailers of textbooks qualify for a short discount. Qualified retailers of trade books, or trade departments of academic bookstores who wish to maintain a stock of Focus titles, may qualify for a long discount. Please inquire for specific details. Terms of payment to retailers: Net 30 days, all shipments FOB, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and good credit standing or prepaid. Catalogue prices are subject to change.

RETAILERS OF TRADE BOOKS An agency plan is available for retailers of trade books. Please inquire for further details.

Focus Returns Policy

Returns must be sent to the Fitchburg address below. Retailers may return books purchased from us for full credit under the following conditions: all returns must be in saleable condition, have been ordered from Focus within twelve months of return date, must include sale and original price documentation and be sent prepaid shipping to:

No pre-approval is required for returns meeting the above conditions. All other returns require written approval. Canadian stores especially are encouraged to seek extensions rather than return books that might be resold. Focus does not pay the cost of shipping on returns.

Desk & Examination Copies

Desk copies are available upon request to qualified educators with class sizes larger than 8 students who have adopted a Focus text for a course.

Examination Copies are available for Focus Texts, the Focus Classical Library and the Focus Philosophical Library except for:
Videos, Audio CDs, CD-ROMs and other multimedia products.

NOTE:

All answer keys and instructor's manuals are available only to qualified instructors who have adopted a book for a course. They must be requested on departmental letterhead or by departmental fax or by phone. Course adoption will be verified before answer keys or instructor's materials are sent.  Homeschoolers: please call our toll-free number.  **No exam copies of answer keys or instructor's manuals will be given**

All Audio Videos, CDs and CD-ROMs cannot be returned once they are opened.  You may always request sample files if they are not available online.

Invoices
